The device has a capacitive detector (12) positioned in a volume formed by a ground plane (111) of an electronic printed circuit (11) and another ground plane (112) positioned on an internal surface of casing. The detector delivers a reference capacitance. A capacitive measurement microprocessor (13) is electrically connected to the detector, and detects variation of capacitance of the detector. A transmitter (14) transmits information representing the variation of capacitance when an absolute value of a difference between the measured and reference capacitances exceeds a preset threshold.
