The present invention relates to an algae culturing device. More specifically, the present invention relates to an algae culturing device for culturing algae such as a chlorella. To this end, the algae culturing device includes: a light-permeating transparent container enabling the culture and the algal photosynthesis; and a container stopper coupled to an inlet of the transparent container. In addition, the stopper of the container further includes: an air inflow controlling part controlling an amount of air introduced into the transparent container; and an air outflow controlling part installed on the stopper of the container so as to control the amount of air released out of the transparent container.
