The present invention is to provide a large-sized organic light emitting diode display having an auxiliary cathode electrode to reduce surface resistance of a cathode electrode. The present invention relates to an organic light emitting diode display having a narrow bezel large area. The organic light emitting diode display according to the present invention, includes a substrate including a display region and a non-display region, a driving part, a base line, an anode electrode, an organic light emitting layer, and a cathode electrode. The driving part is arranged in the non-display region. The base line is overlapped with the upper part of the driving part by the medium of a protection layer. The anode electrode is arranged in the display region. The organic light emitting layer is stacked on the anode electrode, and is arranged in the display region. In addition, the cathode electrode is stacked on the organic light emitting layer, and touches the base line. |
