The present invention relates to a heat pump apparatus for a heat source of waste water with an automatic cleaning apparatus. More specifically, the present invention provides the heat pump apparatus for a heat source of waste water with an automatic cleaning apparatus, providing hot water using heat of water to be discharged and waste water used for a sanitary facility as a heat source instead of heating the low-temperature water to be the hot water using an additional fuel in order to provide the hot water and heated water to a target settlement independently installed while being spaced from a sewage treatment plant. Therefore, the heat pump apparatus for a heat source of waste water with an automatic cleaning apparatus efficiently saves energy, prevents sludge and foreign substances from being attached to a surface of an evaporation pipe since the waste water is used for the heat source, and prevents heat transfer efficiency from being degraded by sensing the internal temperature to automatically operate an automatic cleaning apparatus when the internal temperature is not greater than the preset temperature. |
