PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply making a cultured skin containing horny cells and intercellular lipid relating to the barrier function of a skin and making it possible to evaluating transdermal absorbability and transdermal toxicity in a condition closer to a living body; and to provide a kit for making the cultured skin.SOLUTION: The cultured skin improved in the periodic structure of the intercellular lipid is made by administering liposome dispersion liquid from the surface side of the horny layer of the cultured skin forming the horny layer. It becomes possible to evaluate the transdermal absorbability and the transdermal toxicity in the condition closer to the living body by using the cultured skin. |
