PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the correction of deviation of a fuel injection quantity due to pulsation of fuel injection pressure in a fuel injection system for an engine in which a fuel injection valve 1 and a common rail 2 are connected by a high-pressure pipe 3, and multiple fuel injection is implemented in a combustion cycle.SOLUTION: In a fuel injection control device for an engine, a ratio between a fuel passage sectional area a1 in a fuel injection valve 1 and a fuel passage sectional area a2 in a high-pressure pipe 3 is set so that one of a high-frequency pulsation component generated between a tip of the fuel injection valve 1 and one end A of the high-pressure pipe 3 and a low-frequency pulsation component generated between the tip of the fuel injection valve 1 and the other end B of the high-pressure pipe 3 becomes a dominative pulsation. |
