The applicator can have a portion of its head coated with flock fibers, wherein the flock fibers have a Denier from about 10.0 dtex to about 0.1 dtex and a flock fiber length of from about 5.0 mm to about 0.3 mm. The applicator head may have a Shore A Durometer softness of from about 25 to about 140.
