PURPOSE: To provide a small, inexpensive and highly efficient device by providing a plenum chamber and an electric air shift device discharging air to aΩ-shaped passage having at least four direction changing points through from the lower member of a back storage room to the upper member of the back storage room. CONSTITUTION: Preheated air flows upward through a member 55, a book 11 and a member 51 by using theΩ-shaped passage. A radius 58 changes again the direction of air at the position 75, and it discharges air in a horizontal direction as shown by 76 through the back of an enclosure 20. Since the direction of the air passage is converted four times, the air shift device 60 allow the air flow to change its direction once and the other three changes can be made by a direction changing blade without increasing the upper space. Since the plenum chamber 27 for reducing the impedance uses height which the air shift device 60 previously requires, more space is not required. Thus, a highly efficient electronic part cooling device can inexpensively be provided.
