The present invention enables to improve a marketability of a DCT-loaded vehicle by preventing the shock of the transmission and the vibration and completing the proper transmission, even if a torque of an engine is rapidly declined by generating a tip out situation in which a driver suddenly releases an acceleration pedal, in the power on up-shift situation for performing transmission with the high rank transmission, in a state of the driver pressing the acceleration pedal in the DCT-loaded vehicle.
