The present invention relates to a vitamin B complex and taurine-containing composition for ice cakes or ice creams and a preparing method thereof. More specifically, the composition contains 0.6-0.8 parts by weight of vitamin B complex and taurine, 20-30 parts by weight of sugars, 5-10 parts by weight of flavors, fruit syrup and concentrate, and 50-70 parts by weight of purified water. The preparing method comprises the following steps: dissolving and sterilizing the composition; filling a container with the composition, then cooling to freeze the composition, and then preparing an ice cake or filling a container with the composition, then freezing the composition while supplying sterilized air, and then preparing ice cream. The present invention can provide frozen desserts having taste and functionality. |
