PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decision-making support method for a safe and appropriate evacuation guidance in a railroad fire.SOLUTION: A decision-making support method for evacuation guidance in a railroad fire has whether or not traveling is possible is checked in an occurrence of a fire on a railroad train in a tunnel. In a case where traveling is impossible in the tunnel and at the same time in the occurrence of the fire: stop position (in kilometers) of the railroad train is inputted; position information of either one of a tunnel exit or an entrance which is in a closer distance from the stop position for the railroad train is inputted as a tunnel escape exit; distance to the tunnel escape opening is calculated; distance to the tunnel escape exit is calculated, time required for escape from the train outside the train is calculated, time required for a passenger to walk in the tunnel is calculated, the required time for the passenger to reach the tunnel escape exit is calculated; allowance time for escape outside the vehicle is calculated, by giving allowance time for decision determination to have the passenger carry out escape outside the vehicle from the position in the tunnel, knowing about the necessary fire situation before the time is attempted, and judgement of whether or not to escape outside the vehicle is prompted before that time. |
