<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament for sleep disorders to satisfy the demand for foods and beverages and pharmaceutical agents excellent in safety, enabling long-term ingestion and having an effect of actively relieving unsatisfactory sleep. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a medicament for sleep disorders, that contains sesamins as an active ingredient.
