<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new marker searching method for clinical diagnosis of disease, a diagnostic method of disease, and an inspection method and a diagnostic kit for diagnosis of articular rheumatism using a new marker specified by the method. <P>SOLUTION: The method for comprehensively searching for a disease biomarker includes steps of: (1) collecting an immune complex from each sample of a disease patient and of a healthy person; (2) decomposing each immune complex to separate a decomposition product; (3) comprehensively identifying antigens included in each sample by mass analysis of the separated decomposition product; and (4) selecting an antigen singularly identified in the disease patient compared to the healthy person as a disease biomarker. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
