Chip card comprising a sensor and method for manufacturing such a chip card

The card (1) has a measuring circuit (10) e.g. triaxial accelerometer, with a movement sensor e.g. micro-electro-mechanical-system (MEMS) acceleration sensor, housed inside a rigid case to detect a shock or measure an acceleration. The measuring circuit is connected to external connection terminals through a case of an electronic module. The electronic module is connected to an integrated subscriber identity module (SIM) circuit (11) of the card. The module and the SIM circuit are placed side by side in an opaque insulating material of the card and on a surface of a printed circuit board (14). An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a chip card.
