The present invention relates to a method for extracting anthocyanin from black rice, wherein the method can increase extraction efficiency of anthocyanin from black rice by using a mixed extraction solvent of a Japanese apricot extract and fermenting spirits. In addition, the method for extracting anthocyanin from black rice comprises a step of extracting the black rice using a mixed extraction solvent of 50% ethanol and hot water.
