The present invention relates to an automated donut production apparatus comprising: a transfer unit transferring multiple trays in one direction disposed inside a main unit; a supply unit supplying a donut shaped dough on the tray disposed on the transfer unit; an aging unit heating the donut shaped dough at a predetermined temperature disposed in a downstream end of the supply unit; a reversing unit disposed at a downstream end of the aging unit and having a reversing means for reversing the tray to drop the donut dough; and a frying unit disposed at a downstream end of the reversing unit and frying the donut dough in oil, wherein the reversing unit has a conveyor disposed directly under the reversing means putting the donut dough in the frying unit in a state that falling motion of the donut dough is stopped. Accordingly, the present invention minimizes the frying oil splashing around or generation of oil vapor, thereby providing an effect of making donuts in a sanitary manner while ensuring stability. |
