The present invention provides an electromagnetic clutch field coil assembly and a housing cover for an air conditioner compressor of a vehicle, easily connecting an electronic coil lead wire, a connector terminal and a connector main body, which form the electromagnetic clutch field coil assembly, achieving complete electrical connection, and allowing the coil housing to be coupled to a housing cover, thereby remarkably improving durability. An electromagnetic coil bobbin forming the electromagnetic clutch field coil assembly has a terminal holder formed thereon to be coupled to a terminal and is coupled to the coil housing such that the connector terminal formed on the connector main body is coupled to the terminal, thereby achieving an electrical connection. The housing cover has a locking rim formed thereon and includes a temperature fuse exposed space to protect a temperature fuse and injection holes and passages to allow epoxy resin to smoothly be introduced. The locking rim formed on the housing cover is locked into a locking groove formed on the coil housing. According to the present invention, the electronic coil lead wire, the connector terminal and the connector main body, which form the electromagnetic clutch field coil assembly, are conveniently connected, and the electrical connection is completely achieved such that a number of processes regarding fusing can be reduced and the reliability of electrical connection can be increased. Since the housing cover is coupled to the electronic coil bobbin and the coil housing to be formed, the electromagnetic clutch field coil assembly with remarkably improved durability can be provided, thereby improving international competitiveness. |
