PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a burner for manufacturing spherical particles capable of manufacturing inorganic spherical particles excellently improved in flowability while preventing damage of a burner body caused by heat, and improving productivity of the inorganic spherical particles more than the prior arts.SOLUTION: In a burner 1 for manufacturing spherical particles, on an injection surface 2a, outer flame nozzles 23a are disposed continuously and densely. Therefore, involution of outside air is reduced and generation of non-molten particles is suppressed, thereby generating much more inorganic spherical particles which improve circularity, reduce a specific surface area and improve flowability. In the burner 1 for manufacturing the spherical particles, cooling water continuously flows through a center cooling path 24a, a detour path 24b and a side face cooling path 24c in this order. Therefore, a burner body 2 can also be cooled as a whole by the cooling water while including not only the vicinity of a center axis but also the side of a main body side face 2b. The burner body 2 can be prevented from being damaged by heat. |
