<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner for electrostatic charge image development, the toner exhibiting stable charging property with time, hardly causing degradation in picture qualities by fogging or the like even when a great number of sheets are continuously printed, and showing excellent print density. <P>SOLUTION: The toner for electrostatic charge image development comprises color resin particles containing a binder resin and a colorant, and an external additive.
