The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing the promotional tab end of a can so as to be able to use the end thereof for promotional use, thereby increasing the value of a product by printing various designs and characters on the top surface of the tab. Said tab is coupled to the top of the end of the lid of a can, thereby functioning as the opening portion. Said method can subsequently enable the bottom surface of the tab to be marked for gift reward events to expedite sales by printing various designs and characters and applying serial codes or random codes thereon. More particularly, when a pitch roll is operated for tab coil printing, a number of pitch holes transferred to a pitch hole sensor are transferred via a pitch roll in a number of pitch holes equal to that to be counted so as to maintain an accurate tab coil transfer distance. At the same time, when the pitch roll is operated, a coiler operating volume apparatus is applied to link the pitch roll operation to the coil roll to maintain a certain tension on the tab coil, in order to always perform continuous printing and marking on the top and bottom surfaces of the coil at accurate positions. |
