The valve has a control unit (15) with an operating unit (13), where the control unit includes lifted, lowered and drive positions. An inlet valve or outlet valve is actuated according to the position of the control unit. A locking unit (30) secures the control unit in the lifted or lowered position. The control unit is automatically reset to the drive position from the lifted or lowered position, upon loosening the locking unit.
