The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing dried squids, wherein squids are added during a drying step while a chitosan component having excellent food preservation and nutritional values maintains its original efficacy, and to dried squids manufactured by the method. According to the dried squids of the present invention, the original efficacy of chitosan can be added to the dried squids as it is, thereby increasing the storability of the dried squids, improving nutritional values due to the contained effective ingredients of chitosan, and further increasing storability and flavor of dried squids due to the addition of a green tea component or honey. |
