According to the present invention, a water/oil repellent treatment agent comprises: particular polymer-modified silane having a fluorooxyalkylene structure on a main chain and a hydrolyzable group at the end of a molecular chain; and/or partial co-hydrolysis product/condensate thereof. The water/oil repellent treatment agent has less than or equal to 10% weight loss after being exposed to 250°C for 1 hour. Moreover, the water/oil repellent treatment agent forms a layer having excellent water-repellent and oil-repellent properties, anti-scratch properties, and properties of easily being separated even when heated to the temperature greater than or equal to 250°C.
