The present invention relates to a method for producing collagen peptide using abalone. More specifically, the method of the present invention includes the following steps: pre-treating prepared abalone; alkalizing the pre-treated abalone; neutralizing the alkalized abalone; adding enzyme to the neutralized abalone so as to hydrolyse the same; inactivating the added enzyme; sterilizing abalone; extracting collagen peptide after centrifuging the sterilized abalone; and drying the extracted collagen peptide.
