The present invention refers to a system for measuring hydrogen in liquid aluminum and a measuring method, where the system comprises: a mechanical subsystem including equipment prepared for actuating in aggressive environments (referring to the temperature measurement), which is easily transported, with its own source of hydrogen and with a light and easy to handle extraction nozzle; an electronic subsystem, which provides the system with the capacity of being autonomous and controlled by a PC, so as to carry out a statistic control of the performed measurements, where sensors are used for performing measurements in a minimum time; and a communication subsystem or user interface with the functionality required for performing an intuitive communication between the operator and the system. |
