An oil-in-water emulsion composition which is excellent in a feel upon application and stable is provided using a mannosyl erythritol lipid. An oil-in-water emulsion composition, comprising the following components (A) to (C):
(A) a specific UV absorber,
(B) a sorbitan fatty acid ester having an HLB of 6 or less, and
(C) a mannosyl erythritol lipid,
wherein the surfactants in the composition have a combined HLB of less than 8, and the content of the component (A) is 75 parts by mass or more relative to 100 parts by mass of the total amount of the oily components. |
