Disclosed is a rice cake kneading and molding machine, capable of finishing a rice cake kneading process and a rice cake molding process in a single integration type apparatus. The rice cake kneading and molding machine according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a second hopper into which the steam-completed rice cake is supplied after being cooled; a kneading screw for conveying the rice cake from the second hopper while the rice cake is kneaded; a molding discharge port for discharging only a portion of the rice cake conveyed by the kneading screw; and a second transfer pipe into which the kneading screw is inserted so as to form a gap with the kneading screw such that the rice cake that is not discharged through the molding discharge port is returned.
