The present invention relates to medicinal herbs porridge containing Sarcodon imbricatus Karst., tricholoma matsutake, and pumpkin, and having anticancer and antioxidant activity, and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, to medicinal herbs porridge containing Sarcodon imbricatus Karst., tricholoma matsutake, and pumpkin having pharmacological effects, and having anticancer and antioxidant activity, and to a producing method thereof which produces the medicinal herbs porridge using Sarcodon imbricatus Karst., tricholoma matsutake, and pumpkin as main ingredients. The present invention comprises cereals, vegetables, edible oil, refined salt, a Japanese apricot extract, and purified water inside Sarcodon imbricatus Karst., tricholoma matsutake, and pumpkin as main ingredients. |
