The present invention relates to an automatic immersion type sterilizing system capable of sterilizing and disinfecting farm products by placing a raw product pallet on which the farm products are loaded on a main body that is opened on all sides, and immersing the main body into a sterilization bath placed thereunder in a state that the raw product pallet is placed thereon. Since the main body is immersed by automatically lifting/lowering the raw product pallet with a hoist, an immersion time is constantly adjusted depending on kinds of farm products, thereby an effect of inhibiting the decomposition of a raw product according to a distribution period and storage thereof can be increased. The system comprises: the movable raw product pallet containing farm products; a raw product conveying device; the main body loading the raw product pallet and including a sterilizer tank; the hoist lifting up and down the main body; a raw product conveyor frame including a fixing device; a supporting plate supporting the raw product pallet; a cover plate pressurizing an upper side of the raw product; and a gear and a sprocket moving up and down the cover plate. |
