The present invention relates to a toilet seat assisting device which assists a disabled person and an old or weak person to easily sit on a toilet or stand up. According to the present invention, the toilet seat assisting device comprises: a main frame forming a main body with an open rear side, wherein a plurality of frames are connected in a hexahedral shape; a rotating frame connected to the frames in a square shape, and connected to the main frame to rotate wherein one frame on a front forms a rotation shaft with a frame on the front of the main frame; a sheet member installed in an upper part of the rotating frame; and a first driving cylinder vertically connecting the main frame and both side frames of the rotating frame, rotating the rotating frame around a rotation shaft frame as an axis by expansion and contraction in a vertical direction. |
