摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus for making noodle from high viscosity dough using an agitator in pharmaceutical, chemical and related industries, and more particularly, to an apparatus for making noodle from high viscosity dough using an agitator to promptly form a predetermined specification of a noodle shape from the high viscosity dough moving in a dough tank, so as to simplify manufacture of noodle and a structure of the apparatus, reduce load of a driving unit and enhance efficiency of mass production. The apparatus comprises: a main container (10) connected to a dough tank to guide an input of dough (A); a forming unit (20) installed inside the main container (10) to form the dough (A) inside the main container into a noodle (a) shape having multiple strands; and a driving unit (30) driving the forming unit. The forming unit (20) comprises a first and a second impeller (210a, 210b) having multiple pressurizing blades (212). The multiple pressurizing blades (212) are formed on an outer circumferential surface of a driving axis (211) receiving driving force from the driving unit (30) and spaced by a predetermined distance from each other along an axial direction, and are installed to be alternately overlapped in parallel. So, the first and the second impeller (210a, 210b) continuously form the dough (A) in the noodle (a) shape by allowing the dough (A) to pass between the driving shaft (211) and the pressing blades (212) when the pressurizing blades (212) are driven in the opposite direction to each other.
