The present invention relates to a method of removing residual agricultural chemicals from a plant. More specifically, the present invention provides a method of removing residual agricultural chemicals from a plant, which is capable of using a concentrate of ginseng berry or ginseng leaves in such various fields as pharmaceutical compositions, cosmetic compositions, health functional foods and animal feeds by applying an ultrafiltration process, thereby effectively removing components of crop protecting agents compared to when the ultrafiltration process is not applied. A method of removing residual agricultural chemicals from a plant according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (1) hot water extracting the plant; and (2) performing an ultrafiltration process on a hot water extract obtained in the step (1).
