Disclosed embodiments provide a technique to select the priority of a planned project by evaluating the planned project. According to an exemplary embodiment, provided is a priority selection evaluation method of a planned project comprising: an index obtaining step to obtain a plurality of verification indexes for digitizing expectancy and risks of the planned project for technical development; a score calculation step of calculating first and second scores regarding an expected result based on the verification indexes; a type identification step of identifying a predetermined type of the planned project; and a class determination step of determining the priority of the planned project based on the predetermined type.
