摘要 A method of printing graphene nanopatterns is disclosed. The present invention provides a method of printing graphene oxide nanopatterns including the steps of: providing an ink in which graphene oxide sheets are dispersed in a solvent to a nozzle; positioning the nozzle at a predetermined point on a substrate; and printing graphene oxide nanopatterns corresponding to a moving path of the nozzle by moving the nozzle along a predetermined path on the substrate. In the step of printing the graphene oxide nanopatterns, the nanopatterns are printed by graphene oxide sheets laid up by evaporation of the solvent in a meniscus formed by the ink discharged from the nozzle between the nozzle and the substrate, and sizes of the printed graphene oxide nanopatterns are controlled by controlling a pulling speed of the nozzle. A method of printing graphene oxide nanopatterns according to the present invention additionally includes the step of thermally and chemically reduction treating the printed graphene oxide patterns. A method of printing graphene oxide nanopatterns according to the present invention is capable of printing graphene oxide patterns or graphene patterns having nano sizes of less than one micron even without a matrix for maintaining the shape.
