FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to oncology and surgery, and can be used in organ-preserving surgical treatment of patients with local kidney cancer. Method involves performing general anaesthesia, performing of partial nephrectomy open or laparoscopic under conditions of thermal ischemia. Additionally, prior to general anaesthesia, double-sided paranephric blocking is performed on stomach of patient under ultrasonic control. For this purpose, after echoscopically displayed passage by end of Gerota fascia needle and appearance of distribution pattern of injected solution in paranephric fibre, method includes successively introducing into paranephric fibre of upper, middle and lower segments of kidney, 50 ml of 0.25 % novocaine solution each, infiltrating paranephric fibre from both sides.EFFECT: method enables prevention of renal insufficiency after operation, performed in conditions of thermal ischemia of up to 25 minutes.1 cl, 2 ex |
