摘要 The present invention relates to a nanoplasmonic sensor for detecting a beta-amyloid and a detection method for a beta-amyloid using the same. According to the present invention, the nanoplasmonic sensor containing a gold nanoparticle and an apolipoprotein E4 is to detect a beta-amyloid existing in a sample. Specifically, the nanoplasmonic sensor can efficiently distinguish a beta-amyloid 40 and a beta-amyloid 42 as specifically reacting to the beta-amyloid 42. According to the present invention, the nanoplasmonic sensor induces the beta-amyloid and the gold nanoparticle existing in the sample to agglomerate with each other by self-assembly and can quantitatively measure a content of the beta-amyloid even if a tiny quantity of the beta-amyloid exists in the sample.
