Provided are a degradation compensating device which can accurately detect a logo region even in a video image as well as a still image by detecting the logo region using 3D depth map information, and can prevent logo colors from being distorted by converting a logo in the detected logo region into a transparent logo with low luminance, and a display device including the same. The degradation compensating device includes a depth map extracting unit, a logo region detecting unit, a color analyzing unit, and a gray scale level adjusting unit.
