An integrated circuit comprises a first circuit part including a plurality of first cells. Each of the first cells includes a first transistor having a first voltage in a first node, and a second transistor having a second voltage in a second node. A second circuit part includes a plurality of second cells. The second cell is individually coupled with corresponding one among the first cells. The second cell can be selectively controlled to supply a voltage to at least one of the first cells based on a command for supplying a voltage. The command for supplying a voltage is based on determined mismatch between a first voltage value and a second voltage value. So, voltage mismatch can be reduced.
