The present invention relates to a producing method of a cyclodextrin derivative-coumarin inclusion complex and, more specifically, to a method for producing a compound where esculin and/or esculetin are included to PPG-cyclodextrin. The cosmetic composition containing cyclodextrin derivative-coumarin inclusion complex produced by the present invention has excellent thermal and light stability, thereby being able to maintain effects of esculin having excellent antioxidant by removing free-radical, blood vessel enhancement and blush alleviation effects for a long time.
