The present invention provides a treating apparatus for preparation of repairing an iron runner, cooling an interior of the iron runner, and treating accretions formed on the interior after disassembling the iron runner before repairing the iron runner. The treating apparatus for preparation for a repair comprises: a movement unit, a grinding unit and a cooling unit, and a ventilation unit. The movement unit is moved along the interior of the iron runner; and the grinding unit is mounted on the movement unit to be arranged on a front side with respect to a drawing direction of molten iron, injecting sand together with pressed air to the interior of the iron runner to grind accretions formed on the interior surface of the iron runner. The cooling unit is mounted on the movement unit to be arranged on the rear side of the grinding unit, injects cooling water into the interior of the iron runner to lower a temperature of the iron runner, and separates the ground accretions by the grinding unit. The ventilation unit is mounted on the movement unit to be arranged on the rear side of the cooling unit, and injects inert gas to the interior of the iron runner to ventilate the interior of the iron runner. |
