FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in tooth gears. Gear wheel comprises hub body in form of a pair of discs fixed on both ends of hub and having outer radius equal to radius of circle of tops of wheels and rim made of separate teeth that are not connected to each other, fixed by their ends between discs. Each tooth is made of strip width equal to that of toothed rim. Lagging in direction of wheel rotation side surfaces of all teeth below main wheel circumference, are directed along radii rims and are connected in its entire width to ring. Ring outer radius not exceeding rated radius for wheels of dedendum circle. In ring with equal pitch of its circumference between adjacent teeth there are through holes connected branch pipes located along radii of wheel with through holes in hub. Nozzles are equally spaced relative to each other along width of hub, hub inner surface has screw groove connecting holes.EFFECT: reduced material consumption and maintaining strength characteristics.1 cl, 2 dwg |
