摘要 Disclosed is a method for printing a graphene nanopattern comprising the following steps: supplying ink, in which oxidized graphene sheets are dispersed in a solvent, to a nozzle; positioning the nozzle at a certain point on a substrate; printing an oxidized graphene nanopattern corresponding to a moving pathway of the nozzle by moving the nozzle along a predetermined pathway on the substrate while discharging the ink out of the nozzle; and performing thermochemical reduction treatment of the printed oxidized graphene nanopattern. In the step of printing the oxidized graphene nanopattern, the nanopattern is printed as oxidized graphene sheets which are laminated by evaporation of the solvent in the meniscus formed between the nozzle and the substrate by the ink discharged from the nozzle, and the size of the printed oxidized graphene nanopattern is controlled by adjusting the drag speed of the nozzle. According to the present invention, the method for printing a graphene nanopattern allows an oxidized graphene pattern or a graphene pattern having a nano-size of less than 1 micron to be printed without a matrix for maintaining the shape of the graphene.
