Device for dosing injection of fused material comprises vacuum dispenser, which is arranged to displace between position of loading and unloading position fused metal molten material in casting machine. For selective opening and closing of charging opening (4) of dispenser device comprises controlled closure means (5, 6), which closes loading hole of dosing unit, leaving open capillary hole, and sensor (40) weight. Sensor performs control of weight of empty feeder lowering into smelting bath to preset position of submersion of dosing unit.EFFECT: reduced oxidative effects of atmospheric air and high accuracy of proportioning is enabled.15 cl, 14 dwg |
