The present invention relates to an internet-based wireless power management system having a scheduling function and a method thereof, which can selectively supply and cut off power to electrical and electronic devices at home or in buildings such as offices at a desired time. The internet-based wireless power management system having a scheduling function comprises: a power controller connected to a device for supplying power to electrical and electronic devices (hereinafter referred to as ′devices′) to selectively supply or cut off power to the devices at a desired time; a wireless terminal device positioned between the power controller and a central power control center to interlock the power controller and the central power control center with each other, receiving data acquired and generated from the power controller through wireless communications to store and analyze the data, and transmitting the stored and analyzed data to the central power control center over the internet; and the central power control center for receiving the data from the wireless terminal device over the internet to store the received data. |
