The purpose of the present invention is to provide an apparatus of pressing and transferring bean curd, which press-forms a bean curd coagulation under water by a forming belt, and which enables the forming-completed bean curd finished product to be transferred along a discharge path. An apparatus of pressing and transferring bean curd according to the present invention includes: a transfer belt part in which a bean curd coagulation is filled, and which forms a transfer path of the bean curd coagulation; a guide belt part which is installed at both side portions of the transfer belt part, and in which a loading space is formed such that the bean curd coagulation is filled in the transfer belt part; a pressurizing belt part which is disposed in a state that the pressurizing belt part is spaced apart from the top of the transfer belt part, which pressurizes the bean curd coagulation, and which is moved along with the transfer belt part and the guide belt part to be rotated; and a forming water tank part which houses the transfer belt part, the guide belt part, and the pressurizing belt part, in which a fluid is filled, and which enables submerged forming to be performed on the bean curd coagulation along the transfer path. |
