NOODLE WEIGHING MACHINE AND WEIGHING METHOD

The present invention relates to a noodle weighing machine, and a weighing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to the noodle weighing machine and the weighing method thereof which is able to cope with a weight variation, and able to take a prompt action by checking the weight of noodle in real-time during a noodle production process. The noodle weighing machine of the present invention comprises: a hopper with a fixated quantity of noddle cut by a cutter; a load cell which is connected to the hopper, measuring the weight of the noodle placed in the hopper in real-time; and a weight analysis part connected to the load cell, displaying a weight value measured in the load cell in real-time on a display by converting the measured weight value. The noodle weighing method of the present invention comprises: a step of measuring the weight of the noodle placed in the hopper in real-time using the load cell connected to the hopper; a step of displaying the weight value measured in the load cell on the display by converting the measured weight value through the weight analysis part connected to the load cell; and a step in which a worker adjusts the number of noodle strands in real-time by checking the weight value displayed on the display of the weight analysis part.
