The present invention relates to a hollow fiber membrane, a method for manufacturing the same, and a water treatment module including the hollow fiber membrane. The hollow fiber membrane according to the present invention can control a modulus to 100 to 500 kgf/cm^2 to improve a straightness of the hollow fiber membrane, and can prevent breakdown of the hollow fiber membrane, uniformly fill the hollow fiber membrane, and realize an excellent filling rate when a water treatment module is manufactured.
