A material guide device for a flexible roll forming system is disclosed. The material guide device for a flexible roll forming system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a base plate in which guide posts are installed in the corner parts thereof; a lower roller unit which has a lower slide plate having corner parts installed in the guide posts and multiple lower rollers formed in the lower roller housing of the lower slide plate; an upper roller unit which has an upper slide plate having corner parts installed in the guide posts and multiple upper rollers formed in the upper roller housing of the upper slide plate to correspond to the lower rollers; a drive motor of which the rotary shaft is connected to the lower roller shaft of one lower roller among the lower rollers to transfer rotating force to the lower rollers; and a pressing unit which transfers the pressing force to a material passing through the gap between the lower and upper rollers.
