An LED driving apparatus according to the present invention comprises: an alternating current power supply; a magnetic ballast for rectifying alternating current voltage supplied from the alternating current power supply; and an LED tube connected to the magnetic ballast. The LED tube includes: a boost converter for converting the voltage, which is output from the magnetic ballast, into direct current; a buck converter connected in series with the boost converter to supply voltage and current to an LED output terminal; and a microcontroller for adjusting the duty of the boost converter and the buck converter. The LED driving apparatus according to the present invention provides the circuit structure of the LED tube compatible with an existing fluorescent lamp to prevent both or one of the LED tubes from being turned off or flickering due to unbalanced impedance when the LED tubes for two lamps are connected in series.
