The present invention relates to a complex mold to manufacture an exhaust pipe connection bracket for a vehicle, capable of solving count sink work in an upper piercing corner, performed as an extra process when manufacturing an exhaust pipe connection bracket in a complex mold installed in a general press machine. The complex mold to manufacture an exhaust pipe connection bracket is formed by more including a count sink blade in a position of a piercing punch of an upper mold. When the exhaust pipe connection bracket is manufactured by installing the complex mold in the general press machine, if a blanking and piercing punch die elevates, a count sink is formed in a pierced upper corner while at the same time blanking and piercing are performed. Therefore, the present invention is capable of efficiently and economically manufacturing the exhaust pipe connection bracket by solving work for the count sink.
